Getting the Fuller Picture: The School's International and Collaborative Approach
All programs of study offered by the School of Business and Economics at RWTH Aachen University aim to equip students fully for their entrance into the professional world. "Getting the fuller picture" - that is, international experience - is a prerequisite for access to top-level jobs. In order to give its students the opportunity to get to know other countries better, the School of Business and Economics has adopted an international approach, maintaining exchange programs with a substantial number of universities outside of Germany. Whether they choose to attend seminars, take courses, or even write a thesis, the School's students are able to undertake these academic activities in partner institutions from several different countries. Thanks to the School's well-maintained contacts with its partners, longer periods of study abroad are possible, and in some cases a scholarship may be awarded to help students finance their stay.
Here in Aachen, lectures are often given by guest speakers from universities and businesses abroad. It almost goes without saying that the School of Business and Economics is offering an increasing number of English-taught courses.
